About this sauce
Sweet and tangy just like your trusty ‘chup, only green. The base is made with burnt apple and green tomato caramel then we chuck in loads of lacto-fermented Jalapeños. Finished with lime and kaffir for tang, miso paste and wild Irish spirulina for added depth. All of our products are gluten free and vegan friendly. Heat level: Medium250gHandmade in Dollar, Scotland
