About the Sauce: Thiccy's Taco Club & Craic Sauce wanted to make the best sauce for tacos, so they created Jartera (Har-Ter-AH). Everybody loves a good Jartera because it means that you're too full to eat. Concocted with a fermented blend of local grown peppers, fresh fruit, and the tang that bangs from watermelon radishes. Craic (krak) is the Irish word for good times. That means it's best enjoyed with the homies at the next Thiccy's Club pop up before you Irish goodbye. Uses: Made to pair with carnitas tacos to bring a bright, floral, fruity and hot flavor to dense foods. Also great in drinks, salads, eggs, or other foods that can use a bite. Heat: 4/10 Ingredients: Peppers (Fresno, Scotch Bonnet, Red Habanero, Peach Starkiss), Vinegar, Grapefruit, Watermelon Radish, Carrot, Purple Top Turnip, Papaya, Watermelon, Lemon Juice, Salt, Honey, Brown Sugar.
