Mixtape Hot Sauce – Lemon Pepper Garlic from Grades Of Absolute Truth Ingredients: White Wine Vinegar, Anaheim Peppers, Water, Orange Pulp, Grapefruit Pulp, Habanero Peppers, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic, Coconut Oil, Sea Salt, Lemon Zest, Turmeric, Xanthan Gum After I made the blog post about NOT making custom hot sauces for local artists as a joke, it got me thinking about how great an idea that really could be. I’ve know Justin for more than 15 years, and even had him do a concert at my house once, and I saw him just killin’ it at the merch table. The rise of streaming platforms over the last decade has really forced artists to basically give away their music, and the way to make money as a musician these days is by expanding your merch game. I reached out to GOAT to run the idea by him, and he was on board immediately. We talked about branding first, with the goal to make an orange sauce to match his own branding, before we even nailed down the flavor.
