About this sauce
Darkfire Hot Sauce: PEACHES limited edition summer release. Mild/medium heat fermented habanero sauce with grilled peaches, British raspberries, vanilla, mixed spice & apple juice. Vinegar free and delicious. This one is designed for ice cream but tastes great on a range of foods where you need a little fruity punch! Ingredients: peach, raspberry, apple juice, sugar, habanero chili*, apricots, garlic*, salt, ginger, mixed spice (ground cassia, ground coriander seeds, caraway, ground nutmeg, ginger powder, clove powder), vanilla extract (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extract). *denotes fermented ingredients. Once open, keep refrigerated. Shake well before use.
