Yes, I put it in the Syrup category, mainly because I didn’t want to make a whole new category for one product that I have no plans of making other versions of. And we really don’t need to make any other versions, because Liver Punch has it all! Let’s get into a little bit of origin story… Both me and my beautiful wife have recently begun taking both Milk Thistle and Turmeric extracts – her for the peri-menopause benefits, and myself because I have treated my liver like shit for a couple-ish decades at this point. While I was figuring out the most cost beneficial way to ingest these supplements, it got me thinking while obviously buying in bulk is always the cheapest, if I turned it into a Poor Vida product, then it’s also a business expense… maybe I shouldn’t be saying this all out loud on the internet. Welp. Anyway, that’s exactly what I decided to do. I did a couple of weeks of deep diving into herbal extracts that support both liver health and peri-menopause and menopause symptoms, and I came up with a list of the best of the best. I found the recommended daily Dose of each extract, and formulated a health shot that contains exactly those amounts, along with a few other organic ingredients with their own health benefits (and some spice, because come on…) The result is a 2oz daily dose of what we call “Liver Punch” – which you can buy individually at any of our market events.
