About this sauce
Sweet with a numbing-spicy heat... Malamango Chilli Jam is a twist on your typical mango chutney, adding in tingly Sichuan peppercorns for a delicious sensation. We make this seasonally using the highest quality fresh mangoes from either India & Pakistan (early Summer) or from Spain (late Summer), so we've got limited supply. When it's gone it's gone! Great with... poppadoms and bhajis curries and noodle stir fries chicken sandwiches How hot is it? This one's a medium chilli jam, a little hotter than most of our chilli jams. One for the chilli lovers!
