About this sauce
One of the first flavours to fire out from Darkfire HQ, we needed a fruity sauce with a citrus zing, so what better than the king of fruits to rise to the challenge! Perfectly paired with lime, mango provides a rich backbone to this sauce whilst the triple threat of lime juice, zest & Persian dried lime make this one a tropical bomb!
