About this sauce
The golden one. Named after the town in Northern California where our hot sauce was born. This blend is one of our hottest, made with Bulgarian Carrot and Sarat Gat (golden cayenne) chiles and organic hardneck garlic. Notes of apricot and evening summer sun.
