About this sauce
A little jar of addictive heat. Scotch Bonnet & Gochujang Chilli Jam was made for those who like a bit of extra punch. Muy caliente! This one used to be called Scotchujang! We changed the name to make it clearer what's in it. Delicious with... stir fries and noodles sandwiches and burgers crispy chicken and chips How spicy is it? A medum heat, at 3/5 on our heat scale it's a little hotter than most of our chilli jams.

brown sugar, roasted peppers (capsicum, olive oil, salt), organic vinegar blend (cider, balsamic), gochujang (tapioca syrup, water, brown rice, gochugaru, salt, alcohol, SOYBEAN, garlic, onion), gochugaru, fermented birds eye chilli mash (inc. cider vinegar, salt), fermented scotch bonnet chilli mash (inc. cider vinegar, salt), pectin.
