Take everything that is great about our classic Vandal Green and make it better! Fresh green chilies, fresh lime, fresh tomatillos, reduction of raw beer (wort from local paradise creek brewery) and add malt vinegar, fresh serrano peppers, cilantro and other herbs and spices to create a one of a kind green sauce EVEN BETTER!
