About this sauce
This sauce hits all the right notes, local Vermont grown African Birdseye chiles, Vermont garlic scapes, lemon juice, Maine sea salt and white vinegar. It has the perfect balance of heat and umami. This is a medium spice level sauce. Fantastic on some homemade street tacos, fried pickle chips or an enchilada!
