About this sauce

First, some explanation on the name… I'm not great at math, and even worse at coming up with creative names for things. So I combined these two weaknesses to name the mildest "hot" sauce we make. This is the sauce for people who are looking for flavor first, and spice a distant eleventienth. It is a "hot sauce" in name only; there's only the slightest hint of spice on the back end from the banana peppers, but you'll hardly notice it while enjoying the sweetness, the garlic, the onion, and the spices. This one is probably safe for the kids. Many of the peppers are grown organically in the garden, then hand-curated to select only the best peppers to be added to the blend of spices before it is cooked, bottled, sealed, and shipped. If refrigerated, these bottles will last up to 9 months (or three months once opened), but once you try it, I'm confident that the bottle will be empty long before that expiration date.
