SEASONAL RECIPE - No more than two batches cooked per year, available from October/November until sold out! Don't let that tiny size fool you... these things are a sweet treat that packs plenty of heat! Candied Khangs are one of the hottest products in the portfolio - perfect for kicking your favorite dishes up a notch or twelve with just a simple, sweet garnish! This is my version of "Cowboy Candy"; but using Khang Starr pepper varieties to get a much hotter kick than traditional jalapenos. This is not for the faint of heart, but the spice lover in your life is going to finish off the jar in one sitting. Even better, the syrup can be used as a cooking glaze once the peppers are done being enjoyed! If you have someone who tells you that nothing is hot enough for them... let them try a couple of these and see how they react. It might not blow their minds, but I'd be willing to bet they'll have a little smile on their face when the burn kicks in! Many of the peppers are grown organically in the garden, then hand-curated to select only the best peppers to be added to the blend of spices before it is cooked, jarred, sealed, and shipped. The jars are shelf stable and will last up to two months once opened and refrigerated, but once you try it, I'm confident that it will be empty long before that expiration date.
