About this sauce
Hands down, our most popular sauce for several years now! The Bulgarian Carrot chile is a small, pointed orange chile, hanging unsuspectingly off very small plants. It’s hard to grow and doesn’t produce much, but makes up for it with a flavor profile that is hard to pin down, but enjoyable for all. We add our own fermented onion to this sauce, as well as fresh, sweet carrot juice, to further elevate the complexity of this sauce.
