Calabrian Peppers, originated in southern Italy, the sandy loamy soil of Lodi, California is ideal for growing these pepper gems. The distinct bright flavor of our chili oil is obtained by crushing fresh Arbequina olives and Calabrian peppers to extract the natural oils using state of the art technology.
