About this sauce
Heat: 6,000 SHU. Mild to Medium. AMount: 5oz Appearance: Harvested green, prior to maturity. Ripens red. 2 to 3.5 inches long and 1 inch diameter. Tasting notes: Bold with grassy undertones. Origin: Mexico (known as chiles gordos, huachinangos or cuaresmenos) The most well known chili pepper, generally known as the mildest but hot nevertheless. From stuffed poppers to salsas, this sturdy pepper is widely available and can often range in actual heat depending on how and where it was grown. Our essential hot sauce has a myriad of uses culinarily from salsas to mixed drinks (especially tequila). It's a great source of the antioxidant carotene that has been shown to reduce cholesterol levels
