About this sauce
Bright red habaneros are rich, fruity, and full of heat. They can almost stand alone in a sauce with a little vinegar. But, we want to make the best flavored sauces we can, so after a little research, we chose Bosc pears from our farm to juice and add to this sauce. The pear is subtle, rounding out some of the sharp flavors that fermentation doesn’t, resulting in a rich, delectable sauce that warms you up, head-to-toe.
