About this sauce
Bhut Jolokia (meaning ‘ghost chile’ in NE India) has been around for generations but have only recently been cultivated in North America. Measuring in around 1 million SHU, this chile held the title of World’s Hottest until 2010. While they have an intense, fruity, sweet chile flavor, the heat level is nearly intolerable. This is where our wonderful Cherry Bomb sauce resurfaces, blending in ghost chiles and pomegranate juice, to create an addictive sauce.
