About this sauce

Thai inspired grilling, stir-fry and bowl sauce. Savory and nutty flavor. Also great as a dressing for lettuce wraps and Chinese chicken salad. Use as a dipping sauce for pot stickers and salad rolls. Contains Soy (Tamari) Certified Gluten-Free No Soy oil or Canola oil Certified Nut-Free Plant-Based- No Dairy or Egg Small- Batch for Quality Control How to use: As a finishing sauce for stir-fry. Use it at the end when you are just about to serve. As a dressing. Thin it out with a little water or rice vinegar for easier tossing. As a marinade or baste for chicken, steak or pork. As a dip for egg rolls, pot stickers and fresh rolls. This the sauce with a little water or rice vinegar for easier dipping.

Tahini (toasted sesame seeds), Mirin (sake [water, rice, koji], cane sugar, water, salt, yeast extract), Cane Sugar, GF Soy Sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol), Toasted Sesame Oil, Water, Chili Paste (water, distilled white vinegar [diluted with water to 5% acidity], japones chilis, thai chilis and salt).
