About this sauce
Si Racha, Thailand. Fish sauce factories. Garlic. Chilies ground by hand. The sauce that traveled from coastal Thailand to global tables and became the gateway sauce for many. We went back to the source and reimagined it our way. Ontario jalapeños fermented 180+ days with sweet, caramelized garlic confit, smoked habanero, vinegar. Funky umami. Heat that builds gently. This is what Sriracha becomes when time and technique matter. This isn’t your average Sriracha. Thailand
