About this sauce
This Vietnamese inspired sauce is zesty and bright in flavor with fresh lemongrass, shallots and garlic. It is savory and full of umiami with a back note of sweetness. This sauce has a modest amount of heat from our homemade fermented chili sauce. Note: Contains Soy Low sugar/keto friendly- 2 gm per 2 Tbsp Certified Gluten-Free No Soy oil or Canola oil Artificial Sweeteners Certified Nut-Free Plant-Based- No Dairy or Egg Small- Batch for Quality Control How To Use: Use as a marinade for tofu, pork or chicken. Use to finish a stir-fry for fried rice and noodles. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, salad rolls and pot stickers. Use as a sauce for lettuce cups. Use on rice and noodle bowls.
