About this sauce
A mild, sweet and tangy sauce with a juicy pop from Giant Italian plums (grown by Collins Family Orchard in Selah WA) and heat from red jalapenos and Sugar Rush pepers (courtesy of Southern Exposure Farm in Sedro-Woolley WA). A touch of sesame oil adds richness, and green Sichuan peppercorns finish the sauce with a spicy tingle. Try with stir fried noodles or drizzled on cucumbers.
