IT'S PICKLE TIME! If you like pickles, this is the sauce for you! Made with both jalapeno and cayenne peppers, Solenya provides just enough pop to remind you it's hot, while also delivering all the delicious flavor of biting into a sweet pickle. Solenya blends the tangy sweetness of pickles with a bold kick of heat, creating a unique hot sauce perfect for enhancing eggs, salads,or your Sunday brunch drinks. Crafted with care, it's a versatile condiment for adventurous flavor lovers. This sauce is based on a similar style brine as two other products - "Gettin' Jalapeno Business" and "Onion Onion! Who's Got The Onion", with a little more sweet, a little more sour, and a heat level right in between the two. Many of the peppers are grown organically in the garden, then hand-curated to select only the best peppers to be added to the blend of spices before it is cooked, bottled, sealed, and shipped. The bottles are shelf stable and will last quite a while once opened and refrigerated, but once you try it, I'm confident that it will be empty long before that expiration date. Spicy-osity: MEDIUM/HOT and SWEET. Consider it on the low end of the hot scale, or the high end of the medium scale.
