About this sauce

First, some explanation on the name… I'm a big TV & movie geek, and a few of my products contain references to some of the underrated productions of my lifetime (or even before). This one happens to be a reference to a true classic of comedic cinema - a bonus +1 Internets to you if you know the reference! As for the sauce itself, this is a great marinade for when you're looking for a sweet, spicy kick. I put this stuff into a bag with a couple chicken breasts or a pile of drumsticks, rub it in good, and let it settle for a few hours before tossing it on the grill, then use the leftover to brush on as it cooks. "The New Phonebook Is Here!" will provide all the traditional flavor of Caribbean-style grilled meat, with a little extra spice in the back end. Many of the peppers are grown organically in the garden, then hand-curated to select only the best peppers to be added to the blend of spices before it is cooked, bottled, sealed, and shipped. The bottles are shelf stable and will last up to two months once opened and refrigerated, but once you try it, I'm confident that it will be empty long before that expiration date.
